ME-101, HE-103:
- They are water-based polymer-isocyanate adhesive systems in two components. Hardener HE103 react with active group not only in the dispersion but also in the wood to produce joints with strong chemical bonds similar to those in thermosetting adhesives.
- ME-101 with hardener HE-103 were tested and approved by Institut für Fenstertechnik in Rosenheim, Germany, meeting DIN EN 204-D4 and also by the Japan Plywood Inspection Corporation, satisfying the JAS requirements.
- ME-101 based on vinyl acetate and acrylate, were designed and developed to be particularly suitable for finger-joint application, offering a perfect combination for laminating wood with HE-103.
