    3. Usage

  • We transfer the technology to you as well as help you produce all products above (please contact us directly if you would like to be transferred all solutions and producing line).
  • Cost of transfer (to produce one of all products above): 200,000,000 VND. It’s included cost of technology transfer, cost of training in real time.

    DECORWOOD
    1. Polyresin (Plastic door)
  • Capacity:
      - The product quantity depends on your pattern quantity which using for a product line.
      - For example: We want to produce 50-100 Polyresin/day that we should need 50 patterns. In there, price is 2,000,000 VND/pattern (with 5 years durability per pattern)
  • Workshop area:
      - We would need 400-500 square metre as a warehouse and producing line 50-100 Polyresin/day.
      - This workshop couldn’t be in population areas, because the bad smell will be out from this producing line. But, this smell is not harmful with peoples and the workers.
    2. Processing Brief
    Cleaning the patterns – Falling materials in the patterns – Taking products out to the patterns – Assembling products – Processing finished products.
    3. Comparison
  • Polyresin compares with wooden products:
      - Price is 60% but higher capacity, color is the same but more nice.
      - For example: to produce a door 840mm x 2140mm x 40mm, the price of Polyresin is 600,000 VND only, but price of wooden door is 1,300,000 VND.
  • Vietnam Polyresin compares with Taiwan Polyresin:
      - For the size above, Taiwan products is 1,200,000 VND/door. But it’s not nice by 04 panels only.
      - For Vietnam Polyresin, we can make fast a lot of product, cheaper than at least 35% and nice samples, multicolor as order as customer’s requests.
    4. Invested Capital
  • It depends on capacity, working team in need.
